The excitement bleeds into how they walk down the stairs together, stumbling and laughing, with teasing smiles and light touches traded between the three of them. Chris is refusing to take a hand off of either of them, and the heat of his palm on Nick’s back is both invigorating and comforting at the same time.
Chris’ mood can only be described as overjoyed, if the continuous chants of “ yes yes yes” and “ is this actually happening?” running through his mind is anything to go by.
He’s biting his lip to stop his full smile from spreading, but once they get to the door, and Nick turns to nudge him, asking “need me to pinch you?” he abandons all resolve, eyes sparkling as he giggles at the oldest.
When the door is finally pushed open they beeline straight to the bed, Chris immediately stripping himself of his shirt and hopping up onto the mattress, pulling at Matt’s wrist to get the older to come with him.
He tugs at his tracksuit bottoms as he waits for Matt to finally join him, hand coming down to palm himself through his boxers. He looks so erotically confident, and Nick can hear how Matt is also similarly affected by Chris’ display, head dizzy with thoughts of how he “ looks too f*cking good.”

"Get over here” Matt admonishes, and Nick moves quickly to crowd into their space, itching to get his hands on one or both of them. He ends up settling next to Chris, combing his fingers through the younger boy’s hair and pulling at the nape of his neck, bringing his mouth towards Nick’s own.
He only separates from Chris briefly to let Matt remove his top, connecting their mouths again after the interruption with an unbridled fervour, and the way the youngest swipes his tongue across Nick’s lips sends a flare of heat straight to his co*ck.
He feels Chris pull away slightly, reluctantly, blindly searching for something in his bedside table without taking his eyes away from Nick. Matt moves onto his back in front of Chris, knees bent up towards his chest as he watches the two of them. Both Nick and Chris stare at the boy unashamedly, and Nick has to nod when he hears Chris think “ all ours.”

He doesn’t like Chris beating himself up like that, especially when he knows that in just a few minutes, Matt will forget all about this discomfort, and will be begging Chris to go deeper, harder, and will want more and more and more.
He reaches out to thumb at Chris’ hip for comfort, doesn’t stop until the youngest relaxes his jaw, and he sees Matt’s body soften into Chris' touch. He watches Matt twine his legs around Chris’ waist, which finally makes the youngest feel confident enough to move.

“Just about how this feels so perfectly right. Like this is what was meant to happen our whole lives, y’know?” Nick replies, unfurling his other arm for Chris to copy Matt’s actions.
“Nick, it's probably why you got that stupid power, so we would finally get our heads out of our asses, don’t you think?” Chris asks, and it was something Nick had been contemplating since the start, can’t argue with the fact that without this sudden talent, they wouldn't all be lying together like this, knowing what they know now.
“I hope this is the only thing I had it for. This is the only thing I need.” Nick sighs, and usually he finds it hard to put sentimental things into words, but his entire world has just shifted, and he’s so completely grateful that the two constants that usually support him are still there - grounding and consistent - ready to push back any of his negative thoughts with even more love than usual.
So yeah, the words are flowing a little bit easier today.

And then in the morning, when Nick wakes up to his favourite two faces peering down at him, and neither of their thoughts are pulsating through his head, he almost feels a strange sense of loneliness.
But then, when he shakes his head at his brothers, and he feels two winning smiles pressed against both of his cheeks, kissing and nuzzling against his own grin, the feeling dissipates before it could even bloom.
He doesn’t need to read their minds anymore, he knows what the other two boys really want.
The three of them, together.
