Could be good news to address #equity issues. Need to make sure that free is free. No installation charge. Won’t be turned down even if unpaid bill from same address. Comcast should offer to end after 60 days rather than sending bill for next month. #COVID19 #remotelearning

Xfinity internet is pretty much unusable right now. For a few minutes it will be fine, the next slow or not responsive. All the usual troubleshooting has been done.

@mahoekst You are assuming my provider isn’t crap. I am wired and still cannot maintain video turned on. My upload speed is capped at 5Mb. Thanks Comcast. That’s the BEST I can get.

Comcast scheduled an outage for building internet on Wednesday, never showed up or said anything, then we get a text a 7:30 saying they'll be here at 8:30-9:00 same day to do the work. Guy shows up at 9:30 and the internet is already shut off. Incredible service @comcastcares

Started today with no wifi, making mandatory WFH impossible. After wrangling with Comcast, we drove down to the Xfinity store to replace our router. Fine, ok. But on the drive back we got a flat tire 😭Friday is cancelled, sending good vibes and pet pics are appreciated.

I thought Comcast customer support was bad, @IKEAUSA is a hellhole, waiting forever on hold on the phone or in queue online just to be forcibly disconnected. Just a blackhole for your issue to disappear and never be handled.
