Can you sell tickets for more than face value on Twickets? ›

Charge anything up to the original face value, but no more. You can add any original booking fee paid to your total price though. You can also agree to accept an offer if you're willing to reduce your listed price.

Ticketmaster's Face Value Ticket Exchange allows fans to sell their tickets to other fans at face value. It's free to use for buyers and sellers.

The prices of tickets listed for resale tickets are set by their sellers. It's up to the seller to list their tickets for the original price they paid or at a lower price. We always show the face value during the checkout process, so there aren't any hidden costs.

Some fans sell tickets with higher face values than a standard ticket, such as VIP or Platinum tickets, so the resale price will reflect the different cost. Fans can't resell a ticket for more than they originally paid on our Ticket Exchange.

In accordance with the law of June 27, 1919, you can occasionally resell your tickets at a price less than or equal to their face value - except when the show is subject to specific provisions specifying that the tickets are strictly nominative and non-transferable.

If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn't activated resale, your tickets aren't eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn't the primary ticket provider. Select the tickets you want to sell and tap Continue. Follow the prompts, choose your pricing and enter a payout method.

Other sites may offer a money back guarantee or "comparable" seats if something goes wrong. But with us, even tickets transferred or resold to you are 100% verified and issued in your name so they can't be counterfeited.

How to sell your tickets? In the "My orders" tab, your orders eligible for resale will be identified. Then choose the resale-eligible order you want to offer to fans, then select the tickets from the order you want to offer.

Normally 10%. Ticketmaster, along with other ticket resale marketplaces, will generally charge around 10% of the list price when a ticket is sold on Ticketmaster. If you are a large seller or part of Ticketmaster's Trade Desk program, you can unlock cheaper sell-through rates.

For resale tickets: the listing price is determined by the seller, which includes fans, season ticket holders, and professional resellers. Often a resale price exceeds the initial face value set by the artist or team.

Many venues have a good old-fashioned box office you can line up at to buy tickets when they go on sale. If you buy your tickets at the venue hosting a given show, you generally won't face fees -- or at least not the same exorbitant ones Ticketmaster is known for. Of course, this won't work in every situation.

"Ticketmaster can profit twice from these tickets. When bots or when people released tickets secondhand, Ticketmaster gets a fee — a portion of the sale price of the ticket, in addition to the fee that they collected the first time they sold the ticket.

You can list event tickets on multiple online ticket resale platforms, but you're responsible for fulfilling the ticket sale on each. This is not recommended because there is a risk that you could double-sell your tickets, which would mean you'd be unable to fulfill one of those sales.

When you list tickets on StubHub, you can price them however you'd like. Remember to obey applicable ticket resale laws.
