Phoenix Place I and II are independent housing programs for men and women, respectively, who have mental illness or substance use diagnoses but have maintained recovery for over 12 months. Located in West Palm Beach, these programs are designed for individuals who have full-time or part-time employment and strong coping and life skills. Each resident has an assigned peer specialist as their mentor and a case manager to provide ongoing support.
